What is a maintenance box on a label printer?
A maintenance box (or maintenance cartridge) collects the waste ink the printer uses when it cleans its print head. When it fills up, the printer stops until you replace it, so it's worth keeping a spare on hand.
How do I know which ink cartridge fits my printer?
Ink cartridges are model-specific. Check the model on the front of your printer (for example CW-C4000 or LX-D5500) and choose the matching cartridges above. If you're not sure, call 1-800-263-4258.
Should I buy genuine or compatible ink?

How long does a colour label ink cartridge last?
