Why Card Quality Matters
Low-grade cards are a leading cause of streaking, ribbon breaks and premature printhead wear. Premium card stock has a smooth, clean surface that accepts dye-sublimation and resin panels evenly, protecting your printer and reducing reprints. Using recommended cards can also be a condition of your printhead warranty.

What size is a CR80 card?
CR80 is the standard credit-card size: 3.375" x 2.125" (85.6 mm x 54 mm). It fits every ID card printer, badge holder and card reader designed for standard credentials.
What does 30 mil mean?
Mil refers to card thickness in thousandths of an inch. A 30 mil card (0.76 mm) is the same thickness as a credit card and is the standard for durable photo IDs. Thinner 10–20 mil cards are used for temporary passes and key tags.
Which blank cards work with my ID card printer?
Standard CR80, 30 mil PVC cards work in virtually all direct-to-card printers, including the Evolis Zenius 2, Primacy 2 and Entrust Sigma series. Retransfer and laminating printers may require composite cards. Tell us your printer model and we'll confirm the right stock.
What is the difference between HiCo and LoCo magnetic stripe cards?
HiCo (high coercivity) stripes are much harder to erase accidentally and are the standard for access control and frequently swiped cards. LoCo (low coercivity) stripes cost less but can be erased by everyday magnets.
Can I buy blank PVC cards in bulk?
