PRINT QUALITY & SPEED
Using retransfer printing technology at 600 dpi resolution, the Agilia prints true edge-to-edge images with no white borders, even over chip and contactless cards. It outputs up to 150 colour cards per hour (single-sided) or 100 cards per hour (double-sided), with colourimetric profile control for accurate, consistent colour matching to your on-screen designs.
SINGLE-SIDED & DOUBLE-SIDED PRINTING
Available in Simplex (single-sided) and Duplex (dual-sided) configurations, the Agilia adapts to your card program's needs. A 200-card feeder, 100-card output hopper, and 10-card reject tray keep print runs moving with minimal manual intervention, while a manual single-card feed handles one-off jobs.
CONNECTIVITY & SOFTWARE
Every Agilia includes built-in USB 2.0 and Ethernet connectivity for easy integration into networked environments. It ships with Evolis Premium Suite 2 (Windows/Mac), cardPresso XXS badge design software, and the Evolis Print Service mobile app for printing directly from a smartphone or tablet.
ENCODING & SECURITY
The Agilia supports a full range of optional encoding modules — magnetic stripe (ISO 7811/JIS II), contact smart card, and contactless smart card (MIFARE®, DESFire®, HID iCLASS®, LEGIC) — for access control, secure facility credentials, and identity programs. Security features include microtext, guilloches, high-definition QR codes, UV-effect printing, and digital erasing of sensitive cardholder data after each print job. An optional electromechanical locking system and Kensington lock slot add physical protection.
MATERIALS & DURABILITY
The Agilia prints on PVC, composite PVC, PET, PC, and ABS cards from 30 to 50 mil thick, including cards with embedded chips or uneven surfaces. It can be paired with an optional lamination module to apply clear varnish, patch laminate, or holographic overlays for cards that need to last 10+ years.
